To make purchases on the Website is necessary that you provide the address where Naak has to send the package and the billing address if you are located in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, UK and Czech Republic.
There may be a limit of units available for products sold through the Website. If this was the case before finalizing the order, Naak will inform you a soon as possible to offer you the best possible solution. In the event that the product is unavailable after the order has been made, the user will be informed by email or phone of the total or partial cancellation of this. The partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability doesn’t give the user the right to cancel the entire order.
2. Price and payment
All prices for products or services on the Website include VAT and other taxes that may be applicable. In any case the price is expressed in Euros (€).
The Prices reflected for each product or service do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or other additional product or service purchased, unless otherwise expressly indicated. 3. Execution of orders

4. Time and place of delivery
Naak delivers orders in perfect conditions to the address indicated by the user in the corresponding form. If you want the order delivered to a different address please indicate the address on the form, you must expressly note in the section provided for this purpose.
Naak assumes no liability if delivery orders are not undertaken as a consequence of false data provided by the user, inaccurate or incomplete as well as causes attributable to the user.
Naak takes all necessary measures so that delivery can be made within the agreed time limits. Naak considers the payment confirmation for any of the systems that are enabled, a necessary condition to maintain the delivery. However, the time delivery indicated to the user is an estimation and may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays, the user will be informed promptly.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which Naak or the carrier engaged by making the product available to the user.
Naak does not accept the return and therefore the money back unless the product has factory damages or have been problems in the handling of this product and all within a maximum of 14 days after the delivery.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the software applications that are downloaded directly through the website or are custom products or for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally referred unsuitable for this right.
In the event that the delivered product is defective or wrong, Naak will refund the money.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your whole purchase or part of it within 14 working days from the date of delivery. If he had delivery the purchase with free shipping the user may pay the shipping cost of the return.
Naak can only accept the return of unused articles, in perfect conditions and returned in the original packaging with all the original labels still on the product. Unless these conditions are met, the return will be rejected. In this case, we will contact the client and offer to return the articles that Naak has not accepted. The client will be liable to pay the cost of this return, including postage (from the client to Naak and back again). If the client does not accept the option to keep the returned product which Naak has rejected, the latter may keep the articles and the cost of the same.
If the order (or part of the order) has a blemish or defect when delivered, you are entitled to return it and have a replacement with the same characteristics sent at no extra cost. To return or change an order, please write to email@example.com within 14 working days explaining the reason. We will provide you with instructions to send the article to us. Once we have received it and checked that it is correct, we will send the new product or return the price by bank transfer within 14 days. Naak will pay the cost of postage for the return and sending the new article.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will return the full cost of the product or replace it without any further costs on your part. Once the article is received, we will proceed to return the amount paid within fifteen working days, from the date of reception by the buyer. The same method of payment will be used as that of the client when placing the order.
In accordance with article 4 of the Spanish Royal Decree 1905/99, dated December 17, the client will have a period of 14 working days to resolve the contract through a claim or return, without any charges. For perishable goods, this right of return is limited to 24 hours at most from the date of delivery or collection of the purchase.

Naak and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of goods or services hereof, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain
